The Ministry of Power, Government of India, cordially invites your esteemed organization to participate in the prestigious National Energy Conservation Awards (NECA) 2024. These awards recognize outstanding achievements in Energy Conservation and Energy Efficiency, regarding efforts that contributes significantly to the national goal of building an energy efficient and sustainable future.

Last year, the Hon’ble President of India presented the NECA 2023 Awards, celebrating the remarkable contributions across various sectors. NECA 2024, provides your organization with an excellent opportunity to showcase leadership in implementing energy-saving practices and contributing to a more sustainable and energy-efficient future for the country.

Advertisements announcing NECA 2024 were published in leading national newspapers on 20th September 2024. Applications are now open, and we encourage you to submit your application through the official NECA portal https://www.neca.beeindia.gov.in/
For your convenience, a list of eligible sectors for NECA 2024 is enclosed as Annexure A.

The awards will be presented by an esteemed dignitary during the Energy Conservation Day celebrations on 14th December 2024, a ceremony that will highlight the innovative and impactful work being done across India to enhance energy efficiency. By participating, your organization can gain national recognition, inspire others, and further solidify its commitment to environmental stewardship.
