Artificial Intelligence (AI) and other new and emerging technologies are crucial for India's development, offering the potential to significantly boost the economy, improve healthcare access, enhance agricultural productivity, address social challenges, and drive innovation across various sectors, thus positioning India as a global leader in the digital age; particularly important is the ability to leverage AI to solve unique problems faced by the large and diverse Indian population, creating inclusive growth and bridging existing socioeconomic gaps.
