DESCRIPTION:The FICCI Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a three-day residential engagement designed to equip higher education leaders with strategic insights\, leadership capabilities\, and adaptive frameworks essential in today’s rapidly transforming academic and regulatory environment.\r\n\r\nThrough a blend of expert-led modules\, interactive sessions\, and experiential learning\, the program helps participants refine their ability to make informed\, strategic decisions and lead their institutions with agility and vision.\r\n\r\nProgram Objectives\r\n\r\n• Build institutional leadership capacity across higher education.\r\n• Enhance strategic thinking and decision-making in complex environments.\r\n• Strengthen understanding of governance\, finance\, and innovation ecosystems.\r\n• Enable collaboration and peer learning among senior academic leaders.\r\n• Foster resilience and adaptability in higher education management.\r\n\r\nModules Covered\r\n\r\nThe program comprises eight modules delivered over three days:\r\n\r\n1. Technology Integration in HEIs\r\n7. Comprehensive Internationalization: A Strategic Approach\r\n8.
