All India Organisation of Employers (AIOE) supported by FICCI has been conferring the National Awards for Outstanding Industrial Relations since 1983.

This prestigious award recognizes organizations that have demonstrated innovative practices to foster harmonious industrial relations and a positive work environment. A distinguished jury comprising eminent professionals from diverse fields will evaluate the entries.

The award will be presented during the 92nd AIOE Annual General Meeting & Annual Convention to be held on 11th December, 2026, which in the past has been inaugurated by the Hon’ble Minister for Labour & Employment, Government of India.

Award Categories

• Manufacturing (Large, Medium and Emerging / MSME)
• Services(Large, Medium and Emerging / MSME) – sectors like IT-ITES, Construction, Ports, Real Estate, Finance , Infrastructure, Power, Healthcare, Hospitality, Education and any other
• AI and Digital Transformation in IR (New)

Selection Process

1. At the first stage, participating establishments shortlisted by the associations will present at the regional level. Finalists will be selected in each category.

2. These finalists will then compete at the national level in New Delhi for the final awards.

The duly completed application, along with the requisite fee, should reach this office no later than 13th November, 2026.

Applications should clearly mention the title and the category:

• Application for AIOE National Award for Outstanding Industrial Relations 2025-26 (category)

• Application should be submitted in the report format.
