FICCI Ladies Organisation
FLO (FICCI Ladies Organisation) was established in 1983 as a division of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI). FLO serves as an all-India forum for women, with its headquarters in New Delhi and 22 chapters across India, representing over 15,000 women entrepreneurs, professionals, and corporate executives – and counting.
Over the years, FLO has promoted entrepreneurship and professional excellence through workshops, seminars, conferences, training programs, and capacity-building initiatives – Trade and commerce international delegations, exchange of ideas, women empowerment from grassroots to women on board. FLO empowers women by fostering leadership, skills development, and creating a platform to showcase their talents across various sectors for an inclusive economic growth trajectory.
