On 22 March 2026, the MP ODOP Pragati Summit 2026 was organised in Ratlam, celebrating the district's iconic ODOP Product Ratlami Sev and highlighting its immense potential in domestic and international markets. The summit brought together food processing enterprises, industry experts, buyers, government officials and other key stakeholders to discuss strategies for strengthening the value chain of the region's renowned snack industry. The event featured deliberations on branding, quality enhancement, packaging innovation, market access, food safety standards and export opportunities, enabling local enterprises to enhance their competitiveness and expand their market reach. Participants also explored opportunities for technology adoption, business collaborations and value addition to further strengthen the Ratlami Sev ecosystem. As the Industry Partner, FICCI played a pivotal role in facilitating industry-government dialogue, knowledge sharing and business networking, creating a platform for meaningful stakeholder engagement. The summit reinforced the importance of the One District One Product (ODOP) initiative in promoting region-specific products, preserving local entrepreneurship and driving sustainable economic growth.
