Tribal Business Conclave 2025, organized by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Ministry of Culture, Government of India, and FICCI, was held on 12 November 2025 at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi. Commemorating the 150th birth anniversary of Bhagwan Birsa Munda, the conclave celebrated Adivasi Atmanirbharta and promoted inclusive entrepreneurship among tribal communities.

Aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, the event brought together policymakers, industry leaders, investors, and over 250 tribal entrepreneurs to explore sustainable and technology-driven opportunities for tribal enterprise growth. Key highlights included knowledge sessions, masterclasses, an exhibition featuring 150+ tribal enterprises, and the “Roots to Rise” pitching platform, where over 100 startups presented their ideas to 50+ investors.

The conclave witnessed the participation of Union Ministers Piyush Goyal, Jual Oram, and Durgadas Uikey, along with senior government officials and industry stakeholders. The “Roots to Rise” session generated significant outcomes, with 57 tribal startups attracting investor interest exceeding ₹10 crore, creating 1,500+ direct and 10,000+ indirect jobs, and positively impacting 20,000+ tribal beneficiaries.
